As a former sports journalist and broadcaster Gary has built up relationships with various sports bodies, sports brands and sportsmen and women and therefore has a very good understanding of the industry needs. Combining his background in the industry with his legal expertise, Gary is well placed to negotiate sponsorship and endorsement contracts, player management agreements and represent sportsmen and women at disciplinary proceedings. Gary has represented high profile national athletes charged with doping violations by the South African Institute for Drug Free Sport. Gary is working towards obtaining a license as an accredited sports agent.
